Web Content Strategy usually begins with the phrase “We need a website overhaul.” Not something term many web managers, content managers or social media coordinators like to hear, but we do often realize the ugly truth – your website needs an enema.
As I look at this monumental task for my own organization (not this blog, which as you can see, has no content strategy), I really wanted to dive in deep and have a plan.
